Custom made for Living Energy Lights by Sun Star, an Amish company in Indiana. Chest design with 8 cubic feet of interior space. This unit has a specialized Secop compressor that can run direct off of any PV panel between 10 and 45 volts. Panel wattage can be as low as 120W but we recommend using 200-250W for better performance in cloudy conditions. 4.5″ thick walls maintain cold temperatures at night.
Thermostat may be adjusted to run this unit as a refrigerator OR a freezer (not at the same time). Dimensions are 41.6″ x 27.6″ x 34.5″.
